Returning Items that Don't Match the Description

If you receive an item that doesn't quite match the description, no worries! We accept returns for these items. Just shoot us an email at italianclobber@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase. Make sure to include the date of purchase, a description of the issue, and some clear photos taken in good lighting. We want to see what's up!

(Please, no blurry Sasquatch sightings or UFO encounters. We're only interested in the item in question.)

Changing Your Mind? No Problem!

Hey, we get it. Sometimes you change your mind about a purchase, and that's totally fine. We won't judge! If you decide to return an item because you've had a change of heart, we'll still accept it. However, there are a few things to keep in mind.

First off, we'll need to deduct 15% from your refund. We know, we know, it's a bummer, but it helps cover the extra costs involved. We hope you understand!

Secondly, you'll be responsible for the return shipping costs. We'll deduct those from your refund as well. We promise we're not trying to be sneaky or anything, it's just how things work.

(We wish we could teleport the item back to us for free, but we haven't quite mastered that technology yet. We're working on it, though!)
